Who Is Eligible for Home Health Care Services?

Patients under a current plan of care through a qualified physician are eligible for services. Your personal physician orders the appropriate type and level of home health services required to meet your personal needs. We assign Skilled Nurses, Physical/Occupational Therapists, and other medical professionals available to fulfill orders prescribed by your physician.

Working through the maze of benefits and health insurance options can be daunting. We can help coordinate and navigate your healthcare benefits so you don’t have to worry about it. You can focus on getting better!

Please note that insurance may indicate homebound status must be met to receive home health care services. This means the patient must be confined to the home due to illness or injury (unable to ambulate outside the home in any way). It is NOT mandatory to be bedridden, but leaving the residence is allowed only for specific and infrequent reasons such as doctor visits. We are happy to work with your doctor and insurance company to facilitate home care services for you.
