Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Education, training, and licensure required based on specific position applying for (RN, BSN, PT/PTA, Speech Therapists, OT/OTA or related discipline)
- At least one (1) year experience in your field of expertise
- Excellent references – three (3) professional references
- Experience using electronic documentation system
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional attitude
- Ability to cooperate and maintain respectful communication with others
- A sense of responsibility, maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with patients, families, and other staff members
- Ability to successfully pass a thorough background, reference, and credit check
- Reliable cell phone and active phone service
- Ability to communicate well in writing and clearly document patient records
